Presentation abstract

THE KEY ROLE OF EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT IN TRANSFORMING THEIR ENTERPRICE AND MAKING INNOVATION HAPPEN...

"The Enemy for Innovation is Inside … ! "

“ The worst enemy you can meet will always be yourself ; you lie in wait for yourself in caverns and forests ” Friedrich Nietzsche, Thus Spoke Zarathustra

A decade of corporate and startups field experience learned us that more than 60% of the medium and large enterprises that started to enable Innovation as a strategic competitiveness differentiator just lamentably fail in this process !

Next to the negative financial impact and huge loss of energy it represents for your company, this has also a significant impact on the trust everyone can have in your capacity to be resilient by being able to anticipate or even simply adapt your business on new market trends, evolving customer needs and behaviors ... and this whether they are employees, customers, shareholders or financial analysts …

You need to manage your company to maximize the bottom-line but the new economical context that's very different from the planned economy principles teached during many years in the best business schools makes that new types of tools, processes, skills, attitudes have to be acquired to adapt quickly to nowadays new market reality. Speed, open-mindness, new ecosystems and ventures, risk taking, new leadership styles etc... are definitely key attributes to be successful in the future.
