Presentation abstract

USER CO-CREATION AND REAL LIFE EXPERIMENTATION IN LIVING LAB-PROJECTS: THE 'SPOTT'-APP

In this presentation, Dimitri will talk about co-creation with users as a means to advance your innovation project. He will first introduce the Living Lab-approach, which is multi-stakeholder and multi-method and consists of active user involvement and real-life experimentation. This will be illustrated by a concrete innovation project, the "Spott"-app by Appiness, where incrementally larger sets of end-users co-created and tested the application.
